At KPOP Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your official merchandise and albums. If your items are damaged or incorrect, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery provided the items remain in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all inclusions like photocards, posters, and stickers are present and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
